Adam:

You must remember too though that not everybody is savvy enough. But I do agree .. and I think it's very over priced. But it's also providing a lot of content in the way of the materials and access to the currently closed Traffic Geyser.

Money to be made in local “Do It For Me” markets everywhere, just need to know how and then systemize it.

Again you need to know how to do it .. and that's what MSMM is selling is the system. Could you do it on your own? Absolutely, it's not rocket science. But not everyone can put together what's needed to make it actually become a business. But having said I know of at least 3 other programs that teach local search for a lot less than this, including one that had a webinar last night Local Business Money Machine -- which is currently not open.

Honestly, if you know what you're doing and savvy enough you can do what they're teaching in Main Street Marketing with tools "WAY" less in price than what they're charging and get the same results as they are.

I've seen this program and inside it, and compared to one other main competitor to this program and a couple of other separate tools, I don't think it's worth it.

Money to be made in local "Do It For Me" markets everywhere, just need to know how and then systemize it.

I wouldn't say it's worth it for the price and they talk of putting the price up to $20K... COME ON!...

Just my take on things from years and years in the industry successfully.

BudwiZer,

Go on the live webcast and ask that question. The "locked" modules thing is one thing I HATE about continuity programs. This is the main reason I didn't promote Crowd Mountain. I actually liked CM and was a member, but I didn't want a "bootcamp" module a week, all because I was paying monthly. I just wanted the tools - but that didn't come until maybe 6-8 weeks later .. so I canceled. Everyone works at their own pace and are at different levels. And BTW currently I've made $0 in commissions for this product, so it's most definitely not a high traffic product.

For me the selling point of the Main street concept were the marketing materials and the TG access. Everything else honestly is rather straight forward. "city" keyword .. rank for it.

Hopefully they open TG again on its own as I'm not currently a member and most of the other video distribution systems stink. (btw stay away from Traffic Mania VideoBot - it sucks) .. I just bought the Instant Video Uploader, so I'll see if that's any good.

G Allen,

True .. but that's not stopping you from promoting it tough does it :)...

But the bottom line is this program is indeed not for everyone. This isn't a simple Clickbank course or stay in your basement and make money. If you want to be successful with the "Main Street" concept you have to become a business owner yourself. Honestly competition isn't that much of a factor, as there are many cities in the world and they all have the same amount of business fields. There is less competition than people trying to rank for "make money" that's for sure.

But to be honest there is a concern that people buying this program will rip off other business owners because they don't actually have the skills to get a business to page one of google.

Hey Shaun,

Yeah I hear you. Although check it out, I got that email talking about the Live Web Cast.

I mean excellent, success stories ... but look, I just want to get to work and I want them to deliver as promised and show me how! :-)

I don't need any more pitching, testimonials, case studies, success stories or anything that isn't related to getting shit done.

Days keep ticking by and although I get from a macro perspective how this whole system works, I still want the details and more importantly, the exact blueprint/road map/formula to execute.

Amish with his Magic Bullet system was great in this regard. You log in and it's like "Lesson 1: Here's what you will learn" "Learn it!" "Do it!".

He lost me because each of his modules were locked and being unlocked one week at a time. Again, I just want to get into shit and get to work. I don't want to wait weeks on end and have stuff trickled out.

Anyways. I know this is a solid system. Just frustrated and the tightness of the launch compared to the looseness of the program itself.

I'm logged in at my MSMM panel and not only do can't I see what steps to take (again it's just a big page of resources) but I can't even see a link or how to access Traffic Geyser ... which is at the core of this whole concept.

I guess I'll just email support like you said.

Thanks man.

I agree this program is NOT for everyone. I for one am glad the price is high. I will keep a lot of people out the market. Leave more for us professionals.

Just got this in an email
---

For SEVEN (7) Hours today, he’s going to do a LIVE, High Definition Web
Cast and answer questions about Main Street Marketing.

Which is VERY cool, because you’ll get to hear Real-World experiences from
several Main Street Marketing Machine Graduates – people that are out there
working with Small Businesses. And you’ll hear the real-story: Their struggles,
their concerns, and their solutions.

And, it’s totally free. No Opt-in, or anything.

Check it out:
http://www.mainstreetmarketingmachines.com/live-webcast/cmd.php?af=971954

It starts at 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern.

BudwiZer:

One thing I've learned from a lot of launches is that most of these guys are not prepared for "after" launch.
But usually things get together a few days after the launch is over. (For the record the CB Predators launch was the same way)

I'd suggest you contact their support and complain about it and hold them accountable, and if they don't do what you want ask for a refund as the purchase is guaranteed.

Look, I signed up and after hearing the "color by numbers" ... "step by step" stuff on the pitch and prelaunch vids I went ahead and bought it.

Let me just say this ... A+ on the prelaunch. Freakin C- on what I see so far.

You log in and you don't see "Start here!" or "Lesson 1" or anything kind of color-by-numbers or step-by-step system.

What you get can best be described as one big FAT, potentially overwhelming resources page. I say potentially because I'm not a noob but a beginner might go "WTF!"

Bit of a let down really. It;s like they aggregated a bunch of material with varying degrees of "newness" and put it behind a slick $3000 launch.

Then there is the MSM University which look like you have to wait until the 20th of May for the first class.

You click on "Cirriculum Part 1" ... goodie right?

I mean you'd think this is the first lesson and you're excited to have found it and ready to learn!

Nope. You get a page that says something like "This is where the first part of the cirriculum will be"

WTF.

Would have been underwhelmed at $300 let alone $3000.

Bill, I'm subscribed to pretty much to everyones list and I see what goes out too.. and personally I'm a little insulted when a person cannot take the time to write something on their own to promote a product - especially when they want me to buy a rather expensive product.

Honestly I was a little surprised at the price, but they are providing a lot of tools in the package to justify it. I'd recommend just buying the Traffic Geyser membership if the whole package is a little too expensive. Currently it's not available as it now redirects to the launch page, but hopefully it will reopen once this launch closes down.

And honestly part 2 :) .. You get a lot of information just from the video's alone if you know how to apply what is shown.
